Supply Chain Intern

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, and operations? Join us this summer as a Supply Chain & Operations Intern and work directly alongside industry leaders driving strategic initiatives in Procurement, Transport, and Warehousing!

Location: On-site at our Lake Worth facility 
Duration: May – August (10 weeks)
Hours: 30 hours/week

This is an on-site position. All applicants must have reliable transportation and secure their own housing within the area. Please note that relocation, transportation, or living expenses will not be provided during the process.

What You’ll Do

As a Supply Chain & Operations Intern, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with an Executive Supply Chain Officer on strategic initiatives.
  • Support or lead a project within the Supply Chain Department, from procurement to distribution.
  • Gain exposure to real-world operations, helping improve processes and customer experience.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Officer, building skills in data analysis, vendor evaluation, and operational optimization.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current Bachelor’s degree students in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Procurement, or related fields.
  • Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027(needs to be in their Senior year.)
  • Strong interest in team leadership, problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and a career in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Distribution.
  • Data-driven thinkers with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Self-starters who are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Culturally sensitive and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Sample Strategic Projects You Might Work On
  • Analyze complex data to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and improve vendor and supplier performance through automation.
  • Observe fleet operations and recommend improvements to fleet utilization and customer experience.
  • Assess supplier risk and support automation of supplier scorecards.
