Student Financial Services Worker - Summer 2026 - Work Study or Regular Pay

The Student Financial Services Office is seeking reliable and motivated Student Workers for Summer 2026. This position may also continue into the 2026–2027 academic year if the candidate is interested.

Schedule

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Students may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer

Availability for the entire day or every day is not required

We will work with your schedule whenever possible

 

Job Description:

The primary duties for this position:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from students and families regarding billing and account questions
  • Assist with updates to collection accounts in the student financial system
  • Post student payments
  • Balance cash drawer daily
  • Prepare daily bank deposit
  • Scan, image and file financial documents
  • Follow daily task lists and office procedures
  • Work independently while staying organized and on task
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
