Champions ABA is looking for motivated, caring individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians! This is a flexible, part-time role that’s ideal for college students who want to gain real-world experience in ABA therapy while making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

Work one-on-one with children to help them reach their goals

Implement therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA

Track progress and report outcomes

Requirements:

Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about helping kids and teens

College students studying psychology, education, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs (e.g., lifting a child or equipment)

Ability to sit, stand, or kneel for extended periods during therapy sessions

Ability to engage in active play with children, including running, bending, or reaching

Ability to handle occasional physical prompts safely and under supervision

Visual and auditory ability to observe and respond to behaviors effectively
