Internal Communications Project Lead

This role serves as the agency's lead for internal communications within the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), supporting various departments and leadership. The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies and projects to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with agency initiatives. In this position you will:
Provide expert guidance on communication practices.
Coordinate internal meetings and events.
Ensure messaging aligns with department standards, policies, and legal requirements.
The position requires strong project management, relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic organizational environment.
