Overview

Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Engineer to support roadway, transit, and infrastructure construction projects throughout Central Indiana.

This position will work closely with experienced inspectors and project managers to observe construction activities, document project progress, and support quality assurance efforts during active construction projects.

The selected candidate will primarily support work on IndyGo’s Blue Line project, gaining valuable experience on one of the region’s largest transportation infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Observe and document construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications
• Prepare daily inspection reports including notes and photos
• Measure quantities and assist with tracking project progress
• Verify materials and installation methods under supervision
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project team members
• Assist with maintaining project documentation and construction records

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in construction, transportation, or infrastructure projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors and visit active construction sites
• Valid driver’s license required
• No prior construction inspection experience required

Work Environment & Flexibility

This position involves a combination of field work and occasional office coordination. Travel to construction sites throughout Central Indiana may be required.
