Entry Level Sales Representative

Overview
WorkTrust Solutions is looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales Representative to help grow our client base and support our expanding consulting business. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is competitive, organized, and interested in learning the fundamentals of B2B sales and business development.

 

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and identify potential clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods

Schedule meetings and introductory calls with potential clients

Support senior sales staff in managing the sales pipeline

Track outreach activity and opportunities in the CRM system

Conduct basic research on companies and decision makers

Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects

Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals

Meet activity and performance goals for outreach and meetings booked

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold outreach

Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads at once

Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable

Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales software is a plus
