School Psychologist
The duties and responsibilities of School Psychologists:
1.serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team to screen, evaluate and recommend placement for students with special education needs;
2.participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to help support students’ behavioral and academic needs;
3.collaborate with the team on the development, implementation, review and revision of student's’ Individual Education Plans;
4.effectively listen to and communicate with students and adults;
5.establish a collegial relationship with other disciplines;
6.effectively administer and interpret individual psychological instruments of intelligence, achievement, learning processes, behavioral and social-emotional functioning necessary to identify and support students with special needs;

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement
Preferred candidates will speak a second language
