Intern - Marketing
General Description: The Intern assists with the development and execution of our dynamic, omnichannel marketing campaigns—from concept thru distribution/ post mortem. This opportunity provides a unique, “behind-the-scenes” view of marketing and creative departments, including workflow, customer lifecycle strategy, and how personalized online & offline media campaigns come to life through modeling/ analysis and effective brand positioning.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with project set-up, and follow up of tasks within our marketing project management system (workfront) helping to ensure we meet our timelines
- Assist email team with set-up, testing and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns
- Ownership and day-to-day management and execution of project deliverables that includecreative briefs, project set up, proofing, QA, circulation of art files
- Maintain and update email/SMS performance report, note any trends or insights
- Shadow Marketing Manager(s) providing input and assistance as needed
- Assist in gathering competitive intel and research as needed to support marketing efforts across media types
- 2 days onsite attendance per week is an essential function of this position

Minimum Requirements
- Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/ University with concentration in Marketing
- Articulate communicator with a collaborative spirit
- Disciplined individual with solid organizational skills
- Highly motivated
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the online landscape
