Physical Therapist

Full-Time Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopaedics

This is a role for full-time outpatient physical therapists who value clinical reasoning, autonomy, and depth of care. 


At VSI, physical therapy is fully integrated into a collaborative spine and musculoskeletal care model.


Our Phyiscal Therapists treat complex cases in an 1:1 setting for one-hour treatments; with the time and support to think, reassess, and treat the integrated whole body — not just the diagnosis.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Post-graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited program.
  • Experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Interest in manual therapy and interest in developing manual therapy skills.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate compassion, integrity, altruism, and accountability.
  • Effective problem solver and uncritical listener
  • Knowledge ability to use MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

 

Compensation:

  • Salaried position, Based on experience level
  • Quarterly bonuses and additional incentives
  • Additional bonuses available for completing specific professional development (OMT, OCS, etc)

Additional:

  • $3,000/year for Con Ed tuition, travel expenses, professional dues, subscriptions
  • Mentoring: We have a very collaborative working environment with 12 providers with significant work experience.

  • 15 days per year as PTO with incremental increase with tenure
  • 5 Continuing Education days/year

Typical Work Week:

  • 40 hours
  • All appointments are 1-hour (Evaluations and Follow-up appointments)

Productivity Expectations: 

  • 35-40 patients/week
