IT Specialist-ECI Spruce, Microsoft Technologies & AI Tools
We’re looking for a versatile IT Specialist who’s eager to grow with our team and expand their expertise—especially with ECI Spruce and modern AI‑powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting a wide range of technologies, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn, support, and help administer ECI Spruce POS business management software
- Provide technical support for Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office 365, Azure services)
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Configure and maintain VoIP phone systems
- Support and troubleshoot iOS and Android mobile devices
- Assist with hardware setup, system updates, and general IT operations
- Use AI tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Microsoft environments
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
- Experience with VoIP systems and mobile device management
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly, especially ECI Spruce
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for:
- Technical troubleshooting assistance
- Drafting documentation and knowledge‑base articles
- Automating repetitive tasks
- Data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
