Baseball Coach

The Farm System is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Baseball Coach / Instructor to join our growing training facility. This role includes leading private lessons, assisting with team coaching, running clinics/camps, and supporting overall player development within our baseball program.

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing youth athletes, values accountability, and thrives in a high-energy training environment.
