Marketing & Business Operations Intern

Are you an organized, creative college student interested in gaining real-world experience in the financial services industry? Boynton Insurance Group is seeking a Marketing & Business Operations Intern to work closely with our General Manager in the Insurance and Financial Planning Department.

This role is perfect for students who want to learn how marketing, business development, and client service work together inside a successful financial firm. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, helping manage administrative projects, and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaign development
• Provide administrative and project support to the General Manager
• Collaborate with team members and other interns on creative marketing projects
• Help coordinate digital marketing and communication efforts
• Complete assigned projects while supporting day-to-day business operations

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Interest or experience in social media management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn new tools
