Social Media Intern
Mapcuts is a custom wood map laser cut company creating unique, handcrafted products. We are looking for an enthusiastic social media intern to help grow our online presence and engage with our customers. If a good fit we will hire on to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for Mapcuts' social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Develop a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and customer engagement
- Monitor social media analytics and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Collaborate with the Mapcuts team to develop creative, on-brand social media campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Creativity and a passion for social media
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
