Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Cincinnati

Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail‑oriented fresh graduates to join our data engineering team as Data Engineers. In this role, you will support the design and development of scalable data pipelines and data platforms that power analytics and AI initiatives across the organization. The focus is on data ingestion, transformation, storage, and cloud‑based engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines using Python and cloud‑based tools.
  • Support data integration activities across multiple source systems.
  • Work with databases, data lakes, and cloud infrastructure components.
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring processes, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data architects, and platform engineering teams.

Qualification and Specialization

  • Master’s degree with specialization in Python, Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC), and Cloud technologies.

Unique Experience from this Role

  • Exposure to enterprise‑scale data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and modern data engineering practices within a large BFSI environment.
