Job Title: AI / Gen AI Developer
Location: New Jersey

Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to join as AI / Gen AI Developers. In this role, you will work on next‑generation AI solutions, including generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics tailored for banking applications. The role emphasizes innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption within enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing AI and Gen AI prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Work with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI frameworks.
  • Support integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and performance optimization of AI models.
  • Follow responsible AI, security, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Qualification and Specialization

  • Master’s degree in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or related specialization.
