Dean of Students at Meadow Ridge Elementary for 2026-2027 School Year
A Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) position


Description:
Assists the building administration in maintaining a safe, orderly, and educationally engaging environment.

Location: Lochbuie, CO 

Job Qualifications:
Knowledge, skill & ability:

  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English
  • Must have ability to relate well with children and other district staff and community members
  • Strong communication skills with employees, parents, and students; able to generate positive relations and morale
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to use district technology
  • Must be responsive to the suggestions of administration
  • Adhere to district policies and the strategic plan

Education/Training Requirements: 

  • Colorado Teaching or School Service Personnel License required; Principal License preferred
  • Master's Degree in educational leadership
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching or school service personnel experience
  • Work experience with disciplinary procedures and developing behavioral plans preferred


Salary and Work Schedule:

  • $61,165.00 salary or higher based on 2025-2026 Licensed Staff Salary Schedule, MA lane, Step 4.  May receive credit for up to 10 years experience for experience within the past 13 years.
