Executive Director – Request for Proposals

Expression Outreach Inc.

Expression Outreach Inc., a community-based nonprofit organization serving Chicago communities through youth development, violence prevention, and community engagement programs, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals to provide Executive Director leadership services.

The Executive Director will provide organizational leadership, oversee grant-funded programs, supervise staff, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with nonprofit and grant requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit leadership or management
• Experience overseeing grant-funded programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience working with community-based organizations and trauma informed trained
