Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Teacher to join our dynamic early childhood education team. This vital role supports the education and development of our littlest learners. As a lead teacher, you will have the opportunity to work directly with your group of children, gaining diverse experience and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs. Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support the education of the whole child
• Provide classroom management by maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children with diverse needs
• Help with daily childcare routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and toddler care activities
• Engage children in educational activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and early childhood development
• Collaborate with team members to develop and adapt curriculum tailored to individual learning styles and developmental stages
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding children's progress and classroom events
• Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently and ensure a clean, organized classroom environment

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
• Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development for children
• Excellent classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and engagement
• Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
• Familiarity with child-centered educational approaches is a plus
• Experience working with infants and toddlers, including behavior management techniques
• Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
