As a Product Designer, you will craft thoughtful, intelligent workflows that directly modernize how these essential businesses operate, unlocking real-world growth and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing

• Design & Product Ownership
  • Design end-to-end product experiences across our core platform, including dashboards, workflow tools, and customer-facing modules.
  • Translate complex operational logic (such as inventory management, sales pipelines, and quoting systems) into clear, intuitive digital interfaces.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product partners to quickly ship high-quality, impactful features.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure our product is consistent and scalable.
• Sales & Demo Workflow Support
  • Rapidly prototype tailored workflows for new sales leads to demonstrate immediate value.
  • Refine and customize product flows to support upsell initiatives for our strategic accounts.
  • Create polished, high-fidelity demo-ready UI states that vividly reflect real client use cases.
  • Produce clear video walkthrough demos that explain new features or client-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to refine our messaging based on how users respond to your product visuals.
• Research & Validation
  • Conduct focused user research with distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to understand their needs.
  • Pinpoint friction in current workflows and propose measurable design improvements.
  • Turn customer feedback and insights into smart, actionable design decisions.
• Design for the Future (AI & Automation)
  • Actively look for opportunities to integrate automation and AI-driven workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Use AI tools in your own design process for better prototyping, research synthesis, and faster iteration.
  • Design beyond static screens, building smart systems that anticipate user needs.

What We’re Looking For in You

• 1-2  years of solid product design experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2B platform environment.
• Excellent skills in interaction design and information architecture—you know how to structure complex data simply.
• Proven experience designing dashboards, complex workflow systems, or operational tools
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design system components to create prototypes and high-fidelity solutions.
• A strong UX portfolio showcasing your skills in product design, cross team collaboration and content strategy.
• The ability to confidently balance speed and quality in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
• A clear, concise communicator who can articulately explain design rationale to anyone.
• A strong ownership mindset: you don't wait for problems to be assigned; you proactively find and solve them.

Key Technical Skills (Must-Haves)

• Expert-level Figma proficiency: You are comfortable with advanced features like component systems, auto layout, prototyping, tokens, and organizing scalable files.
• Deep understanding of design systems and reusable component architecture.
• Experience with tools that enable rapid prototyping.
• Familiarity with incorporating AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience with "vibe-coding" or design-to-code tools.
• Understanding of frontend constraints (e.g., React, component libraries).

Strong Pluses

• Experience with motion design for product interactions.
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) to create polished demo walkthroughs.
