Lead, Mentor, and Make an Impact This Summer
The Youth Leadership Fellowship is an immersive summer experience designed for students who want meaningful leadership responsibility while working with children in a dynamic camp environment.
As a Youth Leadership Fellow, you will guide and mentor a small group of campers aged 7–16, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and teamwork throughout the summer.
This fellowship provides hands-on leadership experience in a supportive environment while helping create an unforgettable summer for campers.
Your Role
Youth Leadership Fellows serve as mentors, role models, and group leaders within the camp community.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a group of campers aged 7–16
- Supporting campers’ social, emotional, and personal development
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive group culture
- Helping campers build confidence and independence
- Participating in daily camp activities and special events
- Working closely with fellow staff to maintain a safe and engaging environment
You will live in the cabins with your group and help guide campers through daily routines, activities, and new experiences.
