EverLine Coatings is hiring a Sales Opener to generate new business opportunities across North New Jersey. This is a front-line, high-energy role focused on getting in front of decision-makers and opening doors for deals.
No experience required—but this is not for everyone.
If you’re comfortable talking to people, handling rejection, and staying consistent, you can make good money and quickly grow into a full sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and visit target properties (apartment complexes, schools, houses of worship, commercial buildings, property managers)
- Knock on doors and introduce EverLine’s services
- Start conversations with decision-makers or staff
- Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Track your activity and results
- Represent EverLine professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
- - No prior sales experience required
- Comfortable approaching people in person (this is a face-to-face role)
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Resilient—able to handle rejection and keep going
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Clean driver’s license
