TheraCorp is hiring licensed Mental Health Therapists for full-time, salaried positions. If you want a steady caseload, consistent pay, and a supportive team focused on quality clinical work—not paperwork—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Provide individual, family, and couples therapy

Build strong client relationships and create goal-focused treatment plans

Use the clinical approaches that fit each client’s needs

Keep timely, accurate documentation

Collaborate with a supportive treatment team

What We’re Looking For:

Active NJ license: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT

2+ years counseling/therapy experience

Full-time, in-person availability

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
