The Roo App | Operations & Product Support Intern | DivInc

This position at The Roo App is a paid Operations & Product Support Intern in Operations & Product, based remote. It’s for students pursuing any relevant degree and lasts for the internship term. Interns will support internal operational processes, document workflows and SOPs, collect and analyze customer feedback, and assist with product research and feature ideation. This role provides hands-on experience in startup operations within an early-stage technology company and is ideal for students interested in product management, business operations, and user experience. This is a role with a startup in the Blackstone LaunchPad Internship Program, through this startup’s relationship with LaunchPad nonprofit partner, DivInc. Salary: $22hr
