Chinese-Speaking Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Promote available apartments and student housing to prospective renters

Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and answer housing inquiries

Conduct apartment or room tours for prospective tenants

Reach out to apartment buildings and property managers to explore partnership opportunities

Assist with marketing tasks such as listing updates, online posts, and outreach

Help coordinate showings and collect feedback from tours

Qualifications

Fluent in Chinese and English (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly and comfortable meeting new people

Organized and responsive with scheduling and messages

Interest in marketing, real estate, or student housing

Preferred

Current student or recent graduate in Boston

Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service

Familiar with Boston universities and neighborhoods
