Clinical & Support Options (CSO) is a community-based nonprofit organization serving individuals and families throughout Western Massachusetts. Our mission is to provide high-quality behavioral health and support services that help people build healthier, more stable lives.
CSO offers a wide range of programs, including In-Home Therapy, Outpatient Therapy, Crisis Services, Case Management, Care Coordination, and Medication Management. We work closely with local hospitals, schools, and police departments to ensure people receive the support they need when they need it. In addition, CSO operates Family Resource Centers, Clubhouses, and three Homeless Shelters that serve adults, children, individuals, and families across the region.
