Peer Health Educator

LiveWell’s Peer Health Education Program nurtures dialogue and engagement on individual and community levels to inspire and teach life-long awareness and action in cultivating health and well-being. LiveWell’s Peer Health Education Program primarily uses workshops, tables, and events to engage in vital education and prevention work for the UW Seattle Campus. 

Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are student leaders recognized for their strong public-speaking abilities and their effectiveness in teaching diverse health topics, such as alcohol use, mental resilience, conflict communication, and more. PHEs are highly trained to facilitate on topics including: sleep, mental health, conflict management, media literacy, alcohol use, harm reduction, sexual assault response, bystander intervention, hazing prevention, and more.
