We are looking for a student or recent graduate of a graduate- or undergraduate-level scientific illustration, design, and fine arts program.

This internship will support an intern for up to three months and includes a $3,000 stipend plus $1,000 housing allowance per month. The intern will be based at the Maryland Sea Grant office in College Park, Maryland. This position requires some in-person work, with the option for some remote work (hybrid model). The intern will also have opportunities to travel to and work at laboratories and other locations around the state.  Start date is flexible after Memorial Day. Maryland Sea Grant first hosted this internship in 2025, thanks to funding from the Maxwell/Hanrahan Foundation.
