Operations Support Representative
Day & Zimmermann is seeking an Operations Support Representative for a full-time, onsite position at Sequoyah Nuclear plant in Soddy Daisy, TN.
Position Summary
The Operations Support Representative provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to site management and project teams to ensure efficient daily operations. This position will potentially cross-train and assist/learn payroll, in-processing, and project controls. Entry-Level candidates encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage communications, meeting schedules, and document management.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and personnel records management as needed.
• Support timekeeping, and other departments.
• Maintain office supplies and manage equipment requests.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience in an industrial or construction setting.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $31,000 - $95,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
