Sales Associate

We’re a well-established fasteners and industrial supply store looking for a dependable, customer-oriented Sales-Counter Associate. You'll help walk-in customers, handle orders, and support day-to-day counter.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist walk in customers and contractor accounts with product selection, pricing, and purchases
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Pull and process orders and coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment
• Maintain showroom stock levels and keep merchandise organized and properly displayed
• Support store promotions, discounts, and sales initiatives
• Assist with receiving, packing, and shipping merchandise when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Monitor and respond to store email inquiries and customer requests
• Attend required training sessions and store meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and confidence closing business

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Experience in construction supply, industrial distribution, or hardware preferred

• Fastener industry knowledge strongly preferred

• Competitive mindset with strong work ethic

• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred
