Digital Project Coordinator

Company Overview

We are a full-scale digital agency seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital Project Coordinator. Join a team where strategy, technology, and creativity converge to build digital experiences that matter.

Project Coordinator / Digital Traffic Manager — PT or FT may be considered

Location: Troy, MI (Hybrid) or Remote (must work U.S. Eastern hours)

Role Summary

Own client updates across multiple accounts and provide assistant-PM support to keep projects on schedule.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Join meetings, capture notes, define action items, and follow through.
  • Account Operations: Organize work across ~15–20 accounts; maintain reporting and invoicing trackers.
  • Assistant PM: Coordinate timelines, tasks, and assets; run checklists and QC; post concise status updates.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years project coordination experience (agency or in-house).
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads.
  • Strong short-form copywriting (ads, metadata, client summaries).
  • Working knowledge of SEO.
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM/email tools (audiences, workflows, campaigns).
  • Proven organization across multiple concurrent accounts.
  • Clear verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical topics into plain language.

Employment Type

  • PT or FT depending on fit.
  • Hybrid (Troy, MI) or Remote with consistent Eastern-time availability.
