We are looking for a curious and creative intern to support the marketing and growth initiatives of two projects based in New York: a real estate company and an emerging fintech initiative.

This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, social media, branding, and startup environments, and who wants to gain real-world experience working on multiple projects.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Growth Intern, you will help develop the online presence, content strategy, and communication materials for two ventures.

You will work on social media, content creation, marketing coordination, and research, while gaining exposure to both the real estate and fintech industries.

Project 1 — Real Estate Marketing

Journey Realty Group

Journey Realty Group is a New York–based real estate company specializing in residential rentals.

You will support the company’s marketing initiatives and help strengthen its digital presence.

Responsibilities

Support social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Assist with content creation and scheduling

Help develop marketing ideas to promote listings and properties

Contribute to improving the company’s online presence

Assist with basic operational and marketing coordination tasks

Project 2 — Fintech Initiative Marketing

₳ Financial — eIOU Protocol

₳ Financial is a fintech initiative focused on developing new solutions for cross-border B2B payments.

The intern will support communication and marketing initiatives as the project evolves.

Responsibilities

Assist with research on fintech trends and market insights

Help draft content, summaries, and communication materials

Support development of marketing and presentation materials

Assist with project coordination and documentation

Contribute to evolving startup tasks

Profile We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Interested in marketing, social media, and digital communication

Curious about startups, real estate, and fintech

Organized and detail-oriented

Creative and comfortable proposing ideas

A strong written communicator

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

No prior experience in real estate or fintech is required. 

What matters most is curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Details

Monthly stipend: $500
