Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Success & Growth Manager who wants to learn how AI, automation, and data intelligence can drive retention and revenue expansion.
You will work directly with leadership to:
- Manage structured onboarding processes
- Monitor account health using data-driven signals
- Leverage AI-powered insights to identify churn risks
- Build scalable customer success frameworks
- Participate in designing AI-assisted client intelligence systems

Core Responsibilities
Onboarding & Activation
- Drive structured onboarding for new clients
- Ensure milestone completion
- Reduce time-to-value
- Improve activation rates
Account Intelligence & Monitoring
- Track engagement metrics and usage data
- Maintain account health scoring
- Use AI-powered dashboards to identify churn risks
- Document insights systematically
Growth & Expansion
- Identify upsell opportunities using data signals
- Conduct performance review calls
- Support renewals and expansion discussions
- Contribute to net revenue retention goals
AI-Augmented Client Management
- Use AI tools to analyze communication trends
- Support churn prediction workflows
- Participate in improving automated success monitoring systems
- Work alongside AI Intelligence systems built internally
Required Background
- 3–4 years prior professional experience in:
- Account Management
- Operations
- Business Development
- Client-facing corporate roles
- Account Management
- Strong communication and structured thinking
- Comfortable working with data dashboards
Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven systems
