Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success & Growth Manager who wants to learn how AI, automation, and data intelligence can drive retention and revenue expansion.

You will work directly with leadership to:

  • Manage structured onboarding processes

     
  • Monitor account health using data-driven signals

     
  • Leverage AI-powered insights to identify churn risks

     
  • Build scalable customer success frameworks

     
  • Participate in designing AI-assisted client intelligence systems

You are not expected to have deep technical knowledge — but you must be curious and willing to work with AI-driven tools and structured analytics systems.

Onboarding & Activation

  • Drive structured onboarding for new clients

     
  • Ensure milestone completion

     
  • Reduce time-to-value

     
  • Improve activation rates
     

Account Intelligence & Monitoring

  • Track engagement metrics and usage data

     
  • Maintain account health scoring

     
  • Use AI-powered dashboards to identify churn risks

     
  • Document insights systematically
     

Growth & Expansion

  • Identify upsell opportunities using data signals

     
  • Conduct performance review calls

     
  • Support renewals and expansion discussions

     
  • Contribute to net revenue retention goals

     

AI-Augmented Client Management

  • Use AI tools to analyze communication trends

     
  • Support churn prediction workflows

     
  • Participate in improving automated success monitoring systems

     
  • Work alongside AI Intelligence systems built internally

 

Required Background

  • 3–4 years prior professional experience in:

    • Account Management

       
    • Operations

       
    • Business Development

       
    • Client-facing corporate roles

       
  • Strong communication and structured thinking

     
  • Comfortable working with data dashboards

     

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)

     
  • Interest in AI, automation, and data-driven systems
