The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Assistant Lead who thrives in a startup environment and wants to help shape the voice of a growing technology company. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and energized by building brand awareness from the ground up. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute marketing initiatives, grow our social presence, and help communicate our vision to the market.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Leadership

  • Manage and grow AGORA AI’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Meta, and emerging channels
  • Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar
  • Post, monitor engagement, and interact with our audience to build a strong brand presence
  • Stay on top of social media trends and help position AGORA AI as a thought leader in AI-driven sales

Content Creation

  • Create and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and short-form videos
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats across platforms
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including product announcements, campaigns, and promotional messaging

Marketing Execution

  • Assist with product launch announcements and marketing campaigns
  • Support email marketing, landing pages/website, and digital promotions
  • Coordinate marketing assets that support the sales team and company growth

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track social media and campaign performance
  • Provide simple reports on engagement, audience growth, and campaign results
  • Use insights to improve content strategy and messaging

Startup Collaboration

  • Work directly with leadership to execute marketing initiatives quickly and efficiently
  • Help organize marketing assets, templates, and documentation
  • Bring ideas for growth, experimentation, and creative marketing opportunities

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, social media, or digital content
  • Comfortable creating content and managing social media platforms
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, MailChimp, or similar
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Excited to work in a startup where ideas move quickly

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS companies
  • Basic video editing or graphic design experience
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, or CRM platforms
