What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
• Perform various massage techniques to address specific pain management goals.
• Utilize your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to enhance treatment effectiveness and educate clients on their bodies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client comfort throughout their sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress while adhering to medical terminology standards.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to support occupational health initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist OR Limited License with valid state certification from a certified massage school.
• Strong understanding of pain management techniques and their application in therapeutic settings.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers.
