The Role
As an LPN/LVN at The Peaks, you’ll provide high‑quality, hands‑on nursing care while building strong clinical skills in a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for nursing students, recent grads, or early‑career nurses looking to grow in skilled nursing and geriatric care.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver holistic nursing care in accordance with professional standards and regulations
- Support residents’ daily clinical and wellness needs
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members
- Lead and support nursing assistants and care staff
