The Vertafore internship program is designed to provide vital learning and practical professional experience to take with you into your future career. During the 10-week program, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company while working hand in hand with various teams across the organization. As an intern, you will be assigned a specific project that will focus on an actual Vertafore need and opportunity for process improvement at Vertafore. You’ll truly be a member of the team, and in your day-to-day, you’ll work with, be mentored by, and receive valuable performance feedback from senior leadership and management teams. Interns also participate in various educational seminars, will be educated on real-world applicable workplace skills, and learn career management/development best practices.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Intern to support a company-wide Job Description & Posting Optimization Project.
This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, documentation management, and talent acquisition processes.
The intern will partner closely with the HR team and department leaders to review, standardize, and modernize job descriptions and job posting templates to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
