Job Title: Occupational Therapist – AKA Master of Playful Progress 

Status: Full-Time; Part-Time; PRN (You choose the adventure!)

Reports to: Office Manager and Therapist Coordinator (They’re cool, we promise!)

About the Role: 

We are on a mission to make therapy fun, effective, and downright magical! In this role, you'll work with kids of all ages (birth to 18 years) and tackle everything from sensory processing to handwriting, self-feeding, and even superhero-worthy skills like social interaction and school readiness. Kiddo Catalyst: Work with children of all kinds, from the tiniest newborn to the almost-adults, and address needs from autism to ADHD, sensory skills, and beyond. 

Assessment Whiz: Conduct assessments and create customized therapy plans in consultation with doctors and other health professionals, tailoring each plan like a superhero suit for each kid. 

Champion of Everyday Skills: Help kids master the fine arts of schoolwork, social skills, sleep routines, self-feeding, dressing, and more through playful and progressive techniques. 

Creative Coach: Use a variety of methods—exercises, sensory play, assistive devices, and maybe even a little massage—to bring out the best in each child. 

Parental Power-Ups: Coach parents on how to continue therapy at home, turning their daily routines into therapy gold and setting their little superheroes up for success. 

Progress Tracker Extraordinaire: Document every leap, step, and crawl forward. We don’t miss a single win, big or small! 

Clean & Safe Space Keeper: Ensure our therapy headquarters is as tidy as a superhero’s lair—safety first, fun second, mess third. 

COTA Supervisor: Lead and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, to engage their super skills and bring their best to each session.

Your Hero Origins:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy 

Occupational Therapist License in Indiana 

Pediatric experience is a plus but not required—bring your passion for working with kids, and we’ll show you the ropes! 

Enthusiasm for working with kids of all ages and backgrounds
