1. Product Adoption & Usage
Purpose: Drive authentic usage and retention
- Actively use the app as part of daily academic or personal workflows
- Develop a clear understanding of core features and primary student use cases
- Provide ongoing feedback on usability, value, and friction points
2. Peer Awareness & On-Campus Presence
Purpose: Increase campus-level awareness and downloads
- Introduce the app organically to peers through:
- Study groups
- Student organizations
- Informal conversations
- Share personal experience when peers express interest
- Support light on-campus visibility (e.g. flyers with QR codes, word of mouth)
3. Community Signal & Brand Representation
Purpose: Build trust and credibility on campus
- Represent the brand thoughtfully and professionally
- Help position the product as:
- Student-first
- Useful
- Privacy-conscious
- Serve as a recognizable point of contact for interested students
4. Social Media & Digital Presence (Lightweight)
Purpose: Extend awareness beyond physical campus
- Share occasional content or mentions on personal or org social channels (optional, not scripted)
- Participate in or provide content for brand social accounts when comfortable
- Highlight real use cases rather than promotional messaging
5. Feedback & Reporting
Purpose: Improve product-market fit and MAU
- Share weekly insights:
- What students find useful/confusing
- Upcoming campus events that can be leveraged
- Why they stop or continue using the app
- Participate in short weekly feedback surveys or check-ins
