Campus Product Ambassador

1. Product Adoption & Usage

Purpose: Drive authentic usage and retention

  • Actively use the app as part of daily academic or personal workflows
  • Develop a clear understanding of core features and primary student use cases
  • Provide ongoing feedback on usability, value, and friction points

2. Peer Awareness & On-Campus Presence

Purpose: Increase campus-level awareness and downloads

  • Introduce the app organically to peers through:
    • Study groups
    • Student organizations
    • Informal conversations
  • Share personal experience when peers express interest
  • Support light on-campus visibility (e.g. flyers with QR codes, word of mouth)

3. Community Signal & Brand Representation

Purpose: Build trust and credibility on campus

  • Represent the brand thoughtfully and professionally
  • Help position the product as:
    • Student-first
    • Useful
    • Privacy-conscious
  • Serve as a recognizable point of contact for interested students

4. Social Media & Digital Presence (Lightweight)

Purpose: Extend awareness beyond physical campus

  • Share occasional content or mentions on personal or org social channels (optional, not scripted)
  • Participate in or provide content for brand social accounts when comfortable
  • Highlight real use cases rather than promotional messaging

5. Feedback & Reporting

Purpose: Improve product-market fit and MAU

  • Share weekly insights:
    • What students find useful/confusing
    • Upcoming campus events that can be leveraged
    • Why they stop or continue using the app
  • Participate in short weekly feedback surveys or check-ins
