Operations Director

Harmony School, a small Pre K–12 independent school focused on democratic, whole-child education, is seeking an Operations Director to lead our main office and keep daily school operations running smoothly. The role includes managing administrative systems, coordinating schedules and communications, supporting staff and families, and maintaining accurate records in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults. At least four years of related administrative/operations experience is required; a bachelor’s degree and experience in education or nonprofit settings are preferred. Annual Salary range of $40k – $45k with benefits, complete job description available at http://harmonyschool.org/operationsdirector.
