Landscape Construction Manager

Mission Lawn and Landscape, a prosperous and growing landscaping company in beautiful Northwest Montana is seeking a long-term, committed, hardworking, and experienced Landscape Construction Operations Manager who, once hired, will be able to run all aspects of our busy company's landscape construction operations. The successful candidate will have solid management experience and lead our employees in excellence.

Qualifications and Responsibilities: -Customer oriented -Strong organizational skills -Experienced in training employees -Act in a professional, responsible and courteous manner which reflects positively on Mission Lawn and Landscape -Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment -Strong knowledge of landscape design and construction -Strong knowledge of irrigation repair/installation -Experience operating equipment: skid steers, loaders, excavators, etc. -Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment is desirable/mechanically inclined -Understanding of plant physiology, irrigation and drainage systems -Snow removal experience is a must -Able to manage a crew of 8-12 Requirements: -Minimum of five years working full-time in the landscape industry with two years of direct management experience Location: Polson, MT is located near the foothills of the Mission Mountains and minutes from the south end of beautiful Flathead Lake. The area offers considerable outdoor opportunities such as camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, water sports, and much more.
