We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our company’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, monitor social media activity, analyze performance metrics, and help build brand awareness through strategic digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activity across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, short videos, and stories.
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding professionally and in a timely manner.
Track social media analytics and provide reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging and brand voice.
Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist with photography, video capture, and basic editing for digital content when needed.
