Position:  School Social Worker

Requirements:

Master’s Degree from a graduate school social worker program approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).  This includes a minimum 500-clock hour-supervised social work practicum.

Temporary approval, continuing temporary approval, or full approval by MDE, Office of Special Education.

Preferred: 

Direct experience providing services to at-risk urban students and families

Experienced in community networking and collaborative work

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.  Full-time with benefit package. Salary Range $51,814 - $75,437.00
