Creative Arts Instructor

Camp Lenox, a premier residential summer camp in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Arts & Crafts Director or Instructor for Summer 2026.

This is an incredible opportunity for art students, art education majors, and creative leaders who enjoy working with children and want hands-on teaching and leadership experience in a fun outdoor environment.

Our Arts & Crafts program is a central part of camp life. You’ll help campers explore creativity through painting, sculpture, design, woodworking, mixed media, and collaborative projects.

You’ll be working with campers ages 7–16, helping them develop artistic skills while encouraging imagination and confidence.

Compensation

💰 $2,300 – $2,600 salary
✈️ Travel stipend available

Ideal Candidates

• Art majors or Art Education majors
• Students studying Studio Art, Design, Art Therapy, or Creative Education
• Experience working with children is helpful but not required
