About the Role:
Liberty Property & Asset Management is seeking a skilled Assistant Construction Superintendent to oversee a growing portfolio of office, medical, and industrial properties across Southeast Michigan. This position is based in Troy, MI, and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, construction management of properties. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with everyday construction buildouts of office and medical spaces
• Meet with tenants to select finishes and finalize construction plans
• Schedule and meet with city inspectors
• Preparation of construction budgets and timelines
• Supervise construction trades and maintain performance schedules
• Work with Construction and Operations Manager in day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a general construction background 
• Ability to read construction and mechanical drawings and plans
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
