Summer Recruiting Intern

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, sales, and business development? Join Convergenz this summer as a Recruiting Intern and learn the fundamentals of IT staffing and talent acquisition. This internship is designed to give you exposure to recruiting and sales strategies, mentorship from industry professionals, and insight into career pathways in staffing and B2B sales. By the end of the program, you’ll leave with practical skills, valuable connections, and potential opportunities to continue your career with us.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
  • Able to work on-site in Addison, TX at least 2 days per week

Internship Experience & Development:

  • Duration: 8–12 weeks, 20–30 hours per week (flexible based on program requirements and availability)
  • Learn recruiting and business development best practices
  • Receive one-on-one mentorship with experienced recruiters and sales professionals
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge staffing technology and industry insights
