The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking to hire two (2) student assistants, in a learning capacity, under the close supervision of the divisions of Transportation Planning and Environmental Analysis. The Student Assistant, in a learning capacity, will have assignments both in the office and the field that will broaden their knowledge of industry practices and procedures, increase their analytical skills related to planning and environmental analysis and the evaluation and construction of projects, and obtain practical experience.
