Gain Real Leadership Experience Leading Activities and Programs

This immersive role provides hands-on experience in leading activities, managing group dynamics, and developing leadership, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work directly with children aged 7–16, helping plan and deliver engaging daily activities while creating a fun, inclusive, and energetic community.

Your Role

As an Activities Leader, you will help plan, lead, and deliver a variety of daily activities while ensuring children stay engaged, active, and supported throughout the program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading structured activity sessions for groups of children aged 7–16
  • Supporting and assisting with the planning of daily programs and events
  • Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive group dynamics
  • Creating a fun, safe, and inclusive activity environment
  • Working closely with other staff to deliver a diverse schedule of activities

You’ll work alongside a team of staff to help ensure each day runs smoothly while creating memorable experiences for participants.
