We’re seeking motivated individuals to join us as Field Coordinators in our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) department to help and drive the success of our projects at job sites across the United States.

 

What You’ll Do
As an MEP Field Coordinator, you will oversee key aspects of the MEP trades, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising MEP trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Coordinating material delivery and installation across multiple MEP trades.
  • Monitoring workforce production and resolving on-site challenges.
  • Collaborating with project management teams to meet project goals.
  • Contributing to overall project success through strong communication and problem-solving.

 

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking emerging leaders who are ready to take charge and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least one internship in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.
  • Strong communication, time management, computer skills, and a collaborative and “team-first” mindset.
  • A willingness to relocate for new projects and career opportunities.
