About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Survey Data & Reporting Specialist to help prepare and deliver client-ready survey reports. In this role, you will work with survey data, format and balance results, and prepare reports using our internally developed web application that simplifies the reporting process (no coding required).
You will work directly with clients to update reports, troubleshoot questions, and ensure survey results are accurately presented and easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving analytical problems, and supporting research in political and public opinion environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Format and balance survey results using our internal reporting platform
- Manipulate and prepare datasets using Excel
- Build and manage pivot tables and perform lookups (XLOOKUP or similar)
- Update and revise survey reports based on client feedback
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
- Communicate with clients to address questions and update reporting outputs
- Assist with interpreting survey results when necessary
- Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in data preparation and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data manipulation)
- Comfort working with datasets and structured information
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
- Basic statistical understanding or strong mathematical intuition
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients
