Student Financial Operations Associate:
Join our vibrant Continuing Education Services (CES) team! We are looking for a detail-oriented Student Financial Operations Associate to provide direct support to our Financial Specialist. This role is perfect for students looking to gain "real-world" experience in business operations, accounting, and large-scale event finance.

What we’re looking for:

Financial Support: Assist with processing registrations, tracking camp payments, and organizing financial documentation for over 10,000 annual participants.

Data & Communication: Maintain high accuracy in spreadsheets and professional interaction with families regarding billing and refunds via email and phone.

Event Integration: Support onsite financial check-ins during summer camps to ensure smooth participant registration.

Professionalism: Ability to work with urgent deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and interact respectfully with diverse backgrounds.
Compliance: Following all university and state financial safety rules and audit-ready practices.
